(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Herekino, Broadwood, Kohukuhu and Mangamuka:
Commencing at 2 a.m.
(ii) Rangiputa, Tokerau Beach and Whatuwhiwhi:
Commencing at 9.30 a.m.
(iii) Te Kao:
Commencing at 9 a.m.
(iv) Kaeo:
Commencing at 3 p.m.
(v) Kaitaia, Taipa, Coopers Beach, Mangonui, Awanui and Ahipara:
Commencing at 5 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—Whangarei Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Whangarei home delivery district. (The Whangarei home delivery district covers the same area as the Whangarei milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:
(i) Ruakaka and Waipu:
7 days per week.
(ii) Whangarei city and Hikurangi:
Minimum of 6 days per week.
(iii) Maungakaramea, Portland, Maungatapere, Ngu nguru, Whangarei Heads, One tree North, One tree South and Waititi:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Maungakaramea, Portland, Waitiria and Maungatapere:
Commencing at 6 p.m.
(ii) Ngu nguru, Whangarei Heads, One tree North, One tree South, Ruakaka and Waipu:
Commencing at 3 p.m.
(iii) Whangarei city and Hikurangi:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:
(i) Kaikohe, Kawakawa, Kerikeri and Moerewa:
Minimum of 6 days per week.
(ii) Russell, Okaihau, Omapere, Opononi, Rawene and Paihia:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Russell:
Commencing at 1 p.m.
(ii) Okaihau, Omapere, Opononi, Rawene and Paihia:
Commencing at 3 p.m.
(iii) Kaikohe, Kawakawa, Kerikeri and Moerewa:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in:
(i) Albany, Paremore, Silverdale, Red Beach, Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa, Orewa, Warkworth, Wellsford, Mangataruto, Waiwera, Kumeu and Helensville:
Minimum of 4 days per week.
(ii) Coatesville, Redvale, Dairy Flat, Wainui, Still Water, Wade Heads, Arkles Bay, Manley, Tindalls, Army Bay, Hatfields, Waiwera and Puhoi:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than one metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
