Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Bruce Andrew Anderson and Wayne Neil Anderson both of Auckland, managing directors, give notice that on the 4th day of December 1988, they appointed Wayne Richard Johnston and Scott Anderson Massie, both of Auckland, chartered accountants to be joint receivers and managers of all the undertaking and assets of Racepro Motorsport Promotions Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of June 1986.

The office of the joint receivers and managers is situated at the offices of Lock and Partners, 133 Vincent Street, Auckland.
