Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of November 1988, Countrywide Finance Ltd., appointed Messrs Stephen Charles Grey and Robert Thomas Norrie, both Chartered Accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Glenhaven Rest Home Ltd., under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 18th day of March 1988, being a debenture from Glenhaven Rest Home Ltd. to Countrywide Finance Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
