Notice of Creditors to Prove

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Normanby Holdings Ltd. (in liquidation):

The liquidator of Normanby Holdings Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 22nd day of December 1988 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Weymann Transport Services Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 22nd day of November 1983, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

  1. "That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up."

  2. "That Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant of P. O. Box 33-002, Takapuna, Auckland 9, be nominated as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955."

Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of F. J. Powell Ltd. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Peat Marwick, Thirteenth Floor, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington at 10.30 a.m. on the 15th day of December 1988 for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Peat Marwick, Thirteenth Floor, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington not later than 4 p.m. in the afternoon on the 14th day of December 1988.
