Take notice that on 4 October 1988, an application for the winding up of Townsend Holdings Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 12th day of December 1988 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Notice is hereby given that a substituted petition for the winding up of the above-named company, subject to the supervision of the High Court was, on the 3rd day of October 1988, presented to the said Court by Toolco Sales Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on the business of tool suppliers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 19th day of December 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
