Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Kairanga

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of August 1988, and published in the Gazette of 4 August 1988, No. 137, at page 3117, land acquired for road, and road stopped in the County of Kairanga, by omitting “subject to memoranda of mortgage 721158.5 and 721158.6” from the paragraph headed (b), and substituting “subject to statutory land charge 107947.1 and memoranda of mortgage 721158.5 and 721158.6”.
