Road Realignment in the City of Napier
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Napier City Council).
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the part of road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area marked B, now known as Section 44, Ahuriri Lagoon, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title E2/382, subject to rights in transfer 180401, lease 448478.1.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for State housing purposes.

Stopped Road and Severance Vested in Waitomo District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, New Plymouth:
(a) Pursuant to section 117 declares the stopped road described in the:
(i) First Schedule hereto, now known as Section 1, S.O. 10695 and Section 2, S.O. 10695 respectively, to be incorporated in renewable lease R.L. 484 recorded in register-book Volume 142, folio 150, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Delaraine Ltd., at Te Kuiti, subject to memoranda of mortgage 129868 and 167323, to statutory lands charge 215276 and to memoranda of mortgage 225550 and 304531, Taranaki Land Registry;
(ii) Second Schedule hereto, now known as Section 3, S.O. 10695, Section 1, S.O. 10696 and Section 2, S.O. 10696 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 155, folio 4, subject to memoranda of mortgage 167322 and 225550, Taranaki Land Registry;
(iii) Third Schedule hereto, now known as Section 4, S.O. 10695, Section 5, S.O. 10695 and Section 6, S.O. 10695 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. A2/1249, subject to memoranda of mortgage 129868 and 167323, to statutory land charge 215275, and to memoranda of mortgage 225550 and 304531, Taranaki Land Registry;
(iv) Fourth Schedule hereto, now known as Section 3, S.O. 10696, Section 4, S.O. 10696 and Section 5, S.O. 10696 respectively, shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence D.P. F. 464 recorded in register-book No. F3/710, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Stuart Walter Darke of Aria, farmer and Joanne Mary Darke, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage 273635.14, 273635.15 and 291493.6, Taranaki Land Registry;
(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares the stopped road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and the land taken together now known as Section 1, S.O. 10698 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. C2/1176, subject to statutory land charge 286713 and to memoranda of mortgage 330778.2 and 273635.9, Taranaki Land Registry.
