Under the Companies Act 1955, between Moyes & Groves Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, suppliers—Plaintiff:
And—Weatherall Irrigation (Central Otago) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Alexandra and carrying on business as irrigation engineers—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 27th day of October 1988, an application for the winding up of Weatherall Irrigation (Central Otago) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 8th day of December 1988 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of Rawson & Bright Limited (“the company”) by the High Court was, on 9 November 1988, presented to the said Court by Widcom Limited (as substituted petitioner); and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on 30 November 1988 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
