Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Quong Lee Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 11th day of November 1988, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That D. V. Drumm of Staples Rodway & Co., chartered accountants, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets.

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the company, held on the 14th day of November 1988, the following special resolutions were passed:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That C. A. Walker, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company, and that he be advised forthwith of his appointment.
3. That the remuneration of the liquidator for such services be for time necessarily occupied on the liquidation, and be made in accordance with the recommendations of professional charges of the New Zealand Society of Accountants.
