Land Acquired for Road in Cheviot County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of January 1988.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 19th day of October 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1987, No. 191, at page 5012, declaring land acquired for road and in connection with a road, Hokianga County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by adding to the legal description of land firstly described in the Second Schedule the S.O. Plan No. '60710' and by adding to the legal description of the land secondly described in the Second Schedule the S.O. Plan No. '60711'.
