Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County, dated the 30th day of September 1985 and published in New Zealand Gazette of 3 October 1985, No. 185, page 4316, omitting paragraphs (d) (ii) and (iii) thereto and substituting the following:

"(ii) That the area of said stopped road and land taken marked ‘F’ and ‘K’ respectively on the plan, now known together as Section 34, Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23C/879 subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 642065, H. 497490.2, H. 712203 and memorandum of priority H. 497490.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That the area of said stopped road and land taken marked ‘E’ and ‘J’ respectively on the plan, now known as Section 33, Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, shall vest in Wilfred Douglas Aldridge of Tauranga, farmer and Ethel Matida Aldridge, his wife, subject to statutory land charge S. 219285, memoranda of mortgage S. 642065, H. 497490.2, H. 712203 and memorandum of priority H. 497490.3, South Auckland Land Registry."

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XX Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 July 1987, No. 111 at page 333, declaring land to be road and road stopped and vested in Block XX, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following:

"Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (5), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and to be incorporated with the land in deferred payment licence No. 284 recorded in the Register Book No. 3B/1193 held from the Crown by John Lloyd Cooper, of Blenheim, farmer, and Juliet Aliceon Cooper, his wife."
