Fisheries Act 1983

Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels may be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries (No. 4280; Ag. 9/1/4)

Pursuant to section 56 of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Manager, Fisheries Administration, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries (dated in Wellington on the 24th day of April 1987) hereby gives the following notice:

1. The following offices are declared as offices at which fishing vessels may be registered:

   Registration Office
   Whangarei
   Auckland
   Tauranga
   Napier
   Nelson
   Christchurch
   Dunedin
   Invercargill

2. The following designated officers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries are appointed as Registrars of Fisheries:

4. This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette.

Noxious Plants Act 1978

Notice Declaring Purple Pampas Grass (Cortaderia jubata) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 4282; Ag. 12/10/18/6)

1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares purple pampas grass (Cortaderia jubata) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Kaikoura and Wairarapa South District Noxious Plants Authorities.

2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.

Notice Declaring Water Poppy (Hydrocleys nymphoides) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 4281; Ag. 12/10/18/6)

1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares water poppy (Hydrocleys nymphoides) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Rodney, Manawatu, and Whangarei District Noxious Plants Authorities.

2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.
