Conservation
Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southern Regional Manager hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Otago Land District—Dunedin City
4.0292 hectares, more or less, being part Sections 121, 122, Lots 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, and part Lot 38, D.P. 2179, situated in Wakari Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by all Proclamation 2522. All Deeds Index 0 76 and certificate of title 165/220, S.O. Plan 7238.
