Approval of Advanced Motorcycle Training Course

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (b) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986 and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by an instrument of delegation dated 2 November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve, for the purposes of regulation 32 of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987, the Courses of Advanced Instruction conducted by the following approved Motorcycle Training School:

Walters Driving School, Auckland

to be an advanced Motorcycle Training Course.

Appointment of Chairman of the Urban Transport Council

Pursuant to the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints

Ian A. McCutcheon

as Chairman of the Urban Transport Council, the period of appointment to expire on 31 October 1990 or for the remaining period of existence of the Urban Transport Council, whichever period is the shorter.
