New Zealand Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 Advertisement of Cancelling

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, by writing under his hand dated this 28th day of October 1988, cancelled the registry of the Loyal Tauwhare Lodge, No. 9744, Register No. 312(5)90, a branch of the Auckland District of the Manchester Unity Friendly Society on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

Notice is hereby given that Cheviot Trotting Club Incorporated (CH.I.S. 219795) has changed its name to Cheviot Harness Racing Club Incorporated and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.
