Take notice that on the 10th day of October 1988, an application for the winding up of Linen & Lace Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 7th day of December 1988 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The plaintiff is Holeproof Corporation Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Kennedy Tudhope Raleigh & Martin, Solicitors, Derek House, 48 Wyndham Street, Auckland 1.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 22nd day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by Macrennie Construction Limited; a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 136 Greenlane Road, Greenlane; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 9th day of November 1988 at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to the undersigned by any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
