South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Blocks I, V, IX, X, XIII, XIV, Rotoma Survey District, and described as follows:

Being all those pieces of land comprising 20 metres wide strip along the lake shore boundary of Matawhaura No. 1, containing 3618.4997 hectares, more or less, as more particularly shown on ML Plan 21062, such strips being shown marked yellow on the plan attached hereto, and
being part of the land contained on a amalgamation order of the Maori Land Court, dated 4 August 1971.

Dated at Wellington this 18th day of October 1988.
