Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae to be called Te Rangiunu for the common use and benefit of the descendants of: Huitama Tukairiri, Hotu Wiremu, Ritete Te Kawaka, Renata Te Ngahuruhuru, Akuhata Kaiapa, Ihaka Tukairiri, Hamiora Kumiha, Reihana Hapa, Tehana, Riwhi Hapa.

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Excluded from a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be excluded from the Maori reservation known as Waimana A, constituted by Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of April 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, page 1386.
