Noxious Plants Act 1978
Notice Declaring Yellow Water Lily (Nuphar lutea) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 4471; Aug. 12/10/18/6)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares yellow water lily (Nuphar lutea) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Waipukurau District Noxious Plants Authority.

This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.

Customs Act 1966
Customs Act 1966: Anti-Dumping Duty Review
On 26 January 1988, the Minister of Customs gave notice of a final determination of dumping being found against Comalco Aluminium Ltd. of Australia and Austral Bronze Crane Copper Ltd of Australia in respect of certain unwrought aluminium sheet, plate and coil.
Included in the final determination was the product “ALCLAD” coil, Alloy 3004, Temper H34, manufactured and exported to New Zealand by Comalco Aluminium Ltd. of Australia.
In terms of section 186L (5) of the Customs Act 1966 a review investigation has been conducted.
Pursuant to the provisions of section 186L (6) of the Customs Act 1966, notice is hereby given that the anti-dumping duty applicable to the product “ALCLAD” in terms of section 186L (1) will be suspended until further notice.

Robert James Tizard, Acting Minister of Energy hereby determine pursuant to regulation 24 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1984 that:
f is to be a factor with the following values:
5 for consumption up to 15 000 kWh per annum per consumer, and
4 for further consumption in excess of 15 000 kWh per annum per consumer.
These factors will take effect from 1 November 1988.
