John Allan Gallagher and Michael Denis Hanaray of Hamilton, hereby give notice that on the 26th day of September 1988, they appointed Robert Andrew Jane of Hamilton, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of Global Energy Technologies Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of May 1985, which said debenture was assigned to the said John Allan Gallagher and Michael Denis Hanaray by deed dated 30 October 1987, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Global Energy Technologies Ltd.
