Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 26th day of September 1988, an application for the winding up of Pressform Engineering (1984) Limited (M. No. 64/88) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 10th day of November 1988 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Cable-Price Steel Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs SMith Hughes LaHatte, care of Anthony C. Balme, Solicitor, 32 Cameron Road, Tauranga.
