Take notice that on 9 September 1988, an application for the winding up of L. M. Forrester Limited (in receivership), by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 2nd day of November 1988 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Dye Manufacturing Engineers Ltd:

Notice is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 13th day of September 1988, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from $100,000.00 to $5,000.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 12th day of October 1988.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The amount of share capital of Dye Manufacturing Engineers Ltd. is altered by the order of the High Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company to $5,000.00 divided into 5000 shares of $1.00, and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of $1.00 is deemed to be paid up on these shares."
