Notice of Order to Wind Up Company
An order for the winding up of Collison Holdings Ltd. (in receivership and in liquidation), formerly of Suite 6, Le Rew Building, 2 Heu Heu Street, Taupo, now care of the Official Assignee’s Office, Hamilton, was made by the High Court at Rotorua on 22 February 1988. The first meeting of creditors will be held at the District Courthouse, Storey Place, Taupo on Monday, the 31st day of October 1988 at 1.30 p.m. Meeting of contributories to follow.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidators of the above companies which are being wound up, do hereby fix the 7th day of November 1988 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
