INITIATION OF DUMPING INVESTIGATION

Pursuant to the provisions contained in section 18SH of the Customs Act 1966 Notice is hereby given by the Comptroller of Customs of the initiation of the investigation to determine both the existence and effect of the alleged dumping of the goods set out in the Schedule, being satisfied that sufficient evidence has been provided that:

  • The goods exported or intended to be exported to New Zealand are being dumped; and
  • By reason thereof material injury to an industry has been or is being caused or threatened.
