Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Piako County

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

1214 square metres, being Lots 29, 31, 182 and 183, D.P. 60. All certificate of title, Volume 153, folio 158.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1988, No. 11.
The notice(s) referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
The land(s) described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
