Manukau City Boundary Definition Notice 1988

Pursuant to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Manukau City Boundary Definition Notice 1988.

2. The boundaries of Manukau City are hereby defined as set out in the Schedule hereto, those boundaries having been altered by Ministerial notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 February 1985, No. 24, page 535 and which came into force on 1 April 1985, by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 1985, No. 215, page 5001 and which came into force on 1 January 1986 and by Ministerial notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 1986, No. 23, page 780 and which came into force on 21 February 1986.
