FINAL DUMPING DETERMINATION

Pursuant to the provisions contained in section 16G of the Customs Act 1966 Notice is hereby given by the Minister of Customs of a final determination of dumping being found against Consalco Aluminium Limited of Australia and Austral Bronze Crane Copper Limited of Australia in respect of certain unwrought aluminium sheet, (excluding tread plate and coil), (excluding coil stock for venetian blinds and opous guard coil) of 0.2mm thickness and above, of various alloys, tempers and dimensions being classified within Tariff items 7606.11.09.19C or 7606.12.09.19H of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand.

Pursuant to the provisions contained in section 18GL of the Customs Act 1966 the Minister hereby states that section 18GL of the Customs Act 1966 applies to the goods described above and that there shall, subject to section 18GN of the Customs Act 1968, be charged, collected and paid on demand of the Collector on those goods entered for home consumption on or after 5 November 1987 an anti-dumping duty equal to the difference between the export price of the goods and their normal value.
