Take notice that on the 6th day of September 1988, an application for the winding up of Price Developments Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 17th day of October 1988 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Orderings Nurseries (Chch) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Wynn Williams & Co., 172 Cashel Street, Christchurch.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 27th day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by Lyle Henry William Turner, Brian Gillespie Moyle and Laurence William Roberts practicing as Russell Turner Moyle & Roberts, chartered accountants of Whangarei; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Whangarei on the 28th day of October 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
