To: All members of shareholders in Noble & Oulsnam Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting in the nature of an ordinary general meeting of Noble & Oulsnam Ltd. (in liquidation) is hereby called and that such meeting is to be held at the offices of Messrs Ryan Thomas & Co., Chartered Accountants, Tui Street, Tainape (being the address of the registered office of Noble & Oulsnam Ltd.) at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, 21 October 1988. The purpose of the meeting is to lay before the meeting the liquidator’s account of the winding up of Noble & Oulsnam Ltd. (in liquidation) and to give any explanation thereof as may be required in all respects to satisfy the provisions of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Dimet Corrosion Ltd. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Peat Marwick, Thirtieth Floor, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington at 10.30 a.m. on the 18th day of October 1988 for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
