(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the area shall be incorporated into Crown Deferred Payment Licence No. 665, recorded in certificate of title, No. 6A/122, held from the Crown by Alexander Trevor Peters of Wendon Valley, farmer and Karen Anne Peters, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares.
