Otago Plunket-Karitane Hospital (Inc)

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting
of the above-named society held on 16 September 1988, the
following resolution was passed by the society:

'That the resolution adopted at the annual general meeting
on 15 July 1988 which proposed the winding up of the
society be now confirmed and, accordingly, it is now
resolved:

(a) That a declaration of solvency having been filed with
the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, the Otago
Plunket-Karitane Hospital (Inc) be wound up;

(b) That Edmond John Chronican of Dunedin, chartered
accountant, be appointed liquidator and be entitled to
receive reasonable remuneration for his services on the
basis of an hourly charge for work done by the
liquidator or any partner or employee of the liquidator
at rates appropriate to such persons carrying out the
work;

(c) That the liquidator be instructed to transfer all assets
of the hospital to the Royal New Zealand Plunket
Society in accordance with rule H37.04 of the Hospital
Branch Rules.'
