Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described thirdly and fourthly in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Southland County Council on the 22nd day of September 1988 and pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:
