Advertisement of Cancelling

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, by writing under his hand dated this 15th day of September 1988, cancelled the registry of the Loyal Mount Albert Lodge No. 9563, branch of the Auckland District of the Manchester Unity Friendly Society, Register No. 312 (5) 72, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

I, Anthony James Gray, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the under-mentioned societies have ceased operations, they are hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
