Take notice that on Tuesday the 6th day of September 1988 an application for the winding up of Wilson and Szedlak Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday the 17th day of October 1988 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Network Enterprises Limited of Te Rapa Road, Hamilton, whose address for service is at the office of its Solicitors Messrs Raymond, Donnelly & Co., Amuri Courts, 293 Durham Street, Christchurch.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 8th day of September 1988, presented to the said Court by Steel & Tube New Zealand Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 3rd day of October 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Areco Corporation No Liability gives notice that:

(a) It has applied to the High Court at Auckland for confirmation of the reduction of the share capital of the company pursuant to the following special resolutions passed by the members of the company at an extraordinary general meeting on 18 January 1988:

  1. That subject to the confirmation of the High Court of New Zealand pursuant to section 76 of the Companies Act 1955, the issued capital of the company be and hereby is reduced from $19,298,312.50 divided into 38,596,625 shares of 50c each by extinguishing the liability of members to the company for calls on their shares to the extent of:
    (a) 20c per share on 38,066,425 50c shares paid up to 30c per share; and
    (b) 40c per share on 530,000 50c shares paid up to 1c per share,

the hereby reducing the issued capital of the company to $11,473,027.50 divided into 200 fully paid 50c shares, 38,066,425 fully paid 30c shares and 530,000 10c shares paid up to 1c each.

  1. That subject to the confirmation of the High Court of New Zealand pursuant to section 76 of the Companies Act 1955, the issued capital of the company of $11,473,027.50 be and hereby is reduced by cancelling paid-up capital which has been lost or is not represented by available assets, to the extent of:
    (a) 20c per share on 38,066,425 30c shares; and
    (b) 40c per share on 200 fully paid 50c shares thereby reducing the issued capital of the company to $3,859,662.50 consisting of 38,066,625 10c shares paid to 10c and 530,000 10c shares paid to 1c.

(b) Interested parties may object to the capital reduction by notice to the High Court at Auckland within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement.

The application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Auckland High Court and at the offices of Gaze Burt, Solicitors, Seventh Floor, Reserve Bank Building, corner Customs and Gore Streets, Auckland 1.
