In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of The Right Guys Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 31 Opaheke Road, Papakura and carrying on business as construction workers:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 14th day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by Hunter Douglas Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of September 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Take notice that on the 17th day of August 1988, an application for the winding up of Provvine Developments New Zealand Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Thursday, the 29th day of September 1988 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
