In the following tender numbers more than 50 percent of the units tendered and won were unpaid at the deposit stage and those units have therefor been offered to the unsuccessful bidders:

In some cases the entire amount tendered and won was left unpaid and because of this the Results in this Gazette show only unsuccessful bidders in some of the afore mentioned tender numbers.
