Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of Department of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Invercargill City Council.

Road Realignment in the Southland County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of Department of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portions of roads described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘O’ and ‘P’ on S.O. Plan 10284 and that area marked ‘I’ on S.O. Plan 10283 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/212.

(ii) The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 10288 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7C/880

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘N’ on S.O. Plan 10284 shall be...
