Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Rangitikei County Council on the 15th day of September 1988.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (11), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rangitikei County Council on the 15th day of September 1988.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 237, folio 135, subject to memorandum of mortgage 711542.3.

(ii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 324, folio 210, subject to memoranda of mortgages 700028.6, 867522.1 and 700028.8.

(vi) The areas described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21B/636, subject to memorandum of mortgage 633425.2.

(d) Declares the land described in the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 237, folio 135, subject to memorandum of mortgage 711542.3.
