His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

Order

1. Title and commencement—This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme: Section One) Order 1988.

2. Section One of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section One of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme, as prepared in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Hawke’s Bay United Council and held in the office of the Secretary for the Environment in Wellington under reference No. TP150/6/0/1, is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of Section One of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme—Section One of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1988.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation Tourism and Historic Resources of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
