Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September 1988, Westpac Merchant Finance Ltd., Westpac Finance Ltd. and Westpac Securities Ltd. appointed Messrs Russell Stuart Hay and Rodney Gane Pardingtion, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Auckland Sewingtime Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 5th day of March 1986, given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Level 13, Tower 2, The Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

Trust Bank Bay of Plenty Ltd., hereby gives you notice that on the 5th day of September 1988 it appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Bruce Graham Stowell, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, whose office is at the offices of Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Building, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Parage Management Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 12th day of December 1986, issued by Parage Management Ltd. in favour of Trustee Bank Bay of Plenty (the said debenture having vested in Trust Bank Bay of Plenty Ltd. by virtue of the Trustee Banks Restructuring Act 1988).

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of the said Parage Management Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of August 1988, Countrywide Finance Ltd. appointed Messrs Stephen Charles Grey and Robert Thomas Norrie, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of A. W. & M. A. Cressy (1973) Ltd. under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 7th day of March 1988, being a debenture from A. W. & M. A. Cressy (1973) Ltd. to Countrywide Finance Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Chester & Grey, Chartered Accountants, NZI Building, 208 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland.
