Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

N.Z.I. Finance Ltd., N.Z.I. Securities Ltd., N.Z.I. International Acceptances Ltd. and New Zealand Vehicle Finance Ltd. ('the debenture holders') hereby give you notice that on the 23rd day of August 1988, they appointed James Henry Orchard of Waihi, chartered accountant as receiver and manager of all the undertaking property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 27th day of September 1985 given by Arawa Motors Ltd. in favour of the debenture holders.

The situation of the office of the receiver and manager is Seddon Street, Waihi.
