In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of K. Pasgaard & Company Ltd. (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga:
DFC Financial Services Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of August 1988 it appointed Robert Christopher Malcolm and Graeme Law Ingham, both of Tauranga, chartered accountants whose offices are at the offices of Ernst Whinney, BNZ Building, Wharf Street, Tauranga, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and assets including called but unpaid capital and uncalled capital of K. Pasgaard & Company Ltd. (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 13th day of July 1987 issued by K. Pasgaard & Company Ltd. (in receivership) in favour of DFC Financial Services Ltd.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
Christopher Simon Investments Ltd. (formerly Melling Place Motels Ltd.), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of August 1988 it appointed Kieran Christopher Drummond and Neil James Paterson, both of Lower Hutt, chartered accountants, the joint and several receivers and managers of the property of M. J. & L. D. Prendiville Ltd. under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated 25 June 1987.
The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking and all real and personal property and all assets and effects, whatsoever, both present and future, of the said M. J. & L. D. Prendiville Ltd. including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Odlin & McGrath, 49 Queens Drive, Lower Hutt.

Pursuant to Section 346 (i) of the Companies Act 1955
Creditpoint Corporation Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin gives notice that on the 23rd day of August 1988 it appointed Timothy Michael Herrick of Christchurch and Ross Edwin Petitt of Dunedin, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated 1 September 1987 given by Pacific Aircraft Sales (N.Z.) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch (“the company”) in favour of Creditpoint Corporation Ltd.
The property in which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking and all the property and assets of the company, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and the goodwill of all the business of the company.
The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
