The certificates of title and memorandum of lease described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is given of my intention to issue new certificates of title and memorandum of lease upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Schedule

Certificate of title 27B/431 containing 1,8297 hectares, more or less, being Section 11, Block XI, Cambridge Survey District and Section 150, Block XII, Cambridge Survey District in the name of William Forbes Waugh of Cambridge, farmer. Application No. H. 813110.2.

Memorandum of lease H. 195209 over Lot 53 on Deposited Plan S. 8594 comprised in certificate of title 3D/305 in the name of the proprietors of Mangakino township as lessor and Dean Barty Nicholl as lessee. Application No. H. 813393.

Certificate of title 812/233 containing 1042 square metres, more or less, being Lot 17 on Deposited Plan 28590 in the name of David Warwick Whitehead of Palmerston North, schoolteacher. Application No. H. 815513.1.

Certificate of title 38C/997 containing 736 square metres, more or less, being Lot 21 on Deposited Plan S. 4889 in the name of John Edward Teddy of Murupara, company employee. Application No. H. 814692.

Certificate of title 17C/801 containing 3038 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 18991 in the name of David Arthur Gibson of Otakiri, contractor. Application No. H. 814563.
