Advertisement of Dissolution by Instrument

Notice is hereby given that the Te Kotahitanga O Nga Morehu Credit Union, Register No. 738, is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 8th day of August 1988, unless within 3 months of the date of the Gazette in which this advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having a claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.

Advertisement of Cancelling

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 by writing under his hand dated this 28th day of July 1988, cancelled the registry of the Loyal Waipu Lodge No. 7596, Register No. 312 (5) 25, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

Incorporated Society Act Notices

Declaration of the Dissolution of a Society

I, Kevin John Gunn, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Mangatoki Union Church Society Incorporated is no longer carrying on operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Change of Name of Incorporated Society

Notice is hereby given that Dominion Gun Dog Trial Association Incorporated CH. I.S 220128 has changed its name to New Zealand Gundog Trial Association Incorporated and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.

General Notices

In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967, and in the matter of the estate of Benjamin Wharerau formerly of Kaikohe but late of Russell in New Zealand, sales manager, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 3rd day of August 1988 filed a certificate in the High Court at Whangarei electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, 69 Bank Street, Whangarei on the 24th day of August 1988 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts as soon as may be in the manner provided by the Insolvency Act 1967. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
