Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of August 1988, the Bank of New Zealand appointed Messrs Peter Reginald Howell and Kevin James Beardsley, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Penrose Printing & Publishing Company Ltd. under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of March 1982 given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Thirteenth Floor, CML Centre, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 21st day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by Neil Richard Armstrong of Kinloch, charter boat operator; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 12th day of October 1988 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
