Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Anthony Bowyer Co (Joinery) Ltd. (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Seventh Floor Boardroom, CML Building, corner of Queen and Wyndham Streets, Auckland 1, on Tuesday, 30 August 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 12 months from the date hereof and then destroyed.”

On the 10th day of August 1988 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:
That McFetridge Brothers Ltd be wound up voluntarily and further resolved that Evan James Murdoch, chartered accountant of Otahuhu be appointed for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolution.

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company the following special resolution was passed by the company on the 3rd day of August 1988:
That as the company has ceased to actively trade, and as a declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company should now be wound up voluntarily and Mavis Gwendoline Dreadon of Manukau City, widow, be appointed as liquidator.

Take notice that in exercise of the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of October 1987 issued by Helfleather Ltd. to Southland Development Corporation Ltd., the said Southland Development Corporation Ltd., has appointed Eric Thomas Lee and Duncan Varnham Fea, both chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers to enter upon and take possession of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets and all the real and personal property of the company whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of the company and all its stock-in-trade, plant, machinery, implements, fixtures, fittings, shares, book debts and furniture charged by the said debenture and to exercise all or any of the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver and manager by the said debenture or by law. The receivers and managers have their offices at the offices of Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Deloitte House, 5 Athol Street, Queenstown.
