Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Raby’s Service Station Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of August 1988 they appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Thomas Haines Wilson of Auckland and Tauranga respectively, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property of Torstonson Motor Company Service Station Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 27th day of January 1988 which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.

The receivers addresses are care of Messrs Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, Tenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, and care of Messrs Peat Marwick, NZI Building, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
