Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, Land Declared to be Road and Land Taken in the County of Waiotara

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Waiotara County Council on the 4th day of August 1988.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 157, folio 7, subject to memorandum of mortgage 673206.1.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waiotara County Council.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Waiotara County Council.

First Schedule

Wellington Land District

Land Acquired for Road

All those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Nukumaru Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 33967, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Second Schedule

Wellington Land District

Road Stopped and Amalgamated

All that piece of road containing 1530 square metres, situated in Block XII, Nukumaru Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Kai Iwi 6L; as shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 33967, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Third Schedule

Wellington Land District

Land Declared to be Road

All those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Nukumaru Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 33967, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Fourth Schedule

Wellington Land District

Land Taken

All that piece of land containing 20 square metres, situated in Block XII, Nukumaru Survey District, being part Kai Iwi 6M; as shown marked “I” on S.O. Plan 33967, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Closed and Land Taken in Taupo County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands Hamilton hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Taupo County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (a) and section 119 (2) (a) declares:

(i) The area firstly described in the Second Schedule together with the area secondly described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 30, Block XII, Atiamuri Survey District and the area fourthly described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 31, Block XII, Atiamuri Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22A/477, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 533889.2 and H. 376286, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area secondly described in the Second Schedule together with the area firstly described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 50261 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28A/1248, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 726687.1, H. 422705.3 and H. 422705.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area thirdly described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 32, Block XII, Atiamuri Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/266, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 586315.3 and H. 064009, South Auckland Land Registry.
