Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation in the County of Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired on the 4th day of August 1988 for the purpose of granting it in satisfaction of the compensation payable for land acquired for a public work.
