The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, gives notice that on the 21st day of July 1988 it appointed Peter George Steel and Timothy Michael Herrick, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated 7 March 1988 given by Crowe Corporation Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch ("the company") in favour of the National Bank of New Zealand Ltd.

The property in which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the company's assets and undertakings whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
